Todo oficial del orden público deberá efectuar un arresto si se le presenta una orden de protección expedida al amparo de las secs. 4013 a 4026 de este título o de una ley similar contra la persona a ser arrestada, o si determina que existe dicha orden mediante comunicación con las autoridades pertinentes y tiene motivos fundados para creer que se han violado las disposiciones de la misma.
