Injunctions for Protection Against Repeat Violence, Dating Violence, or Sexual Violence
Aside from injunctions for protection against domestic violence, Florida has three other injunctions for victims of physical or sexual violence:
- injunctions for protection against repeat violence;
- injunctions for protection against dating violence; and
- injunctions for protection against sexual violence.
However, these three injunctions are only for people who do not qualify for an injunction for protection against domestic violence.
