Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency safe shelters in Killeen and Temple, transitional and permanent housing assistance, counseling, case management, hospital accompaniment, support groups, life skills classes, and referrals. In addition to the Killeen office, FIC has outreach offices in Temple, Gatesville, and Hamilton. FIC serves Bell, Coryell, and Hamilton counties as well as Fort Hood.

Awaaz offers support for all survivors of domestic violence, specializing in care for South Asian communities. They provide referrals to resources for assistance with legal issues, medical services, emergency shelter, and counseling. Staff speaks English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Bengali, Odia, and Assamese. If needed, interpreters for Punjabi, Marathi, Malayalam, Kashmiri, and Spanish can be arranged after the initial contact.

They can also assist with protective orders, crime victims compensation, and the address confidentiality program. The Ark serves Brown, Coleman, and Comanche counties, including all towns and communities in between.
