Haven of Hope serves victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking in 6 counties in Southern Middle Tennessee: Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Lincoln, Marshall, and Moore. Services include free and confidential crisis counseling, court advocacy, and shelter to victims. The Shelbyville office serves Bedford County. The Haven House Domestic Violence Services provide intervention and prevention of domestic violence by offering 24 hour shelter and crisis hotline, support services, youth programs and community awareness. Serving residents of Blount County and all surrounding counties.

The Family Resource Agency provides a Family Violence Program with emergency shelter services at Harbor Safe House within Bradley County. This agency serves through resources in Bradley and Polk counties.

The Community Health of East Tennessee - Family Services Center offers a residential program of 45-day emergency housing program to victims of domestic abuse. Residents are provided with essential needs during their stay such as toiletries, food, clothing, personal hygiene, and even transportation. Additional services include: court advocacy, educational workshops and life-skills training.

Provides court advocacy, orders of protection, networking/referral assistance, ensure safe housing, counseling, support groups and assistance with clothing, food, diapers, transitional housing, continued education (GED Prep. Computer Skills, Literacy) and job skills training (Resumes, Interviewing Skills, Job Search, etc). SAVE does not have a shelter and currently utilizes Rutherford County DV Shelter.

The Shepherd’s Inn is Carter County and Elizabethton’s only shelter for woman and their children who are displaced by domestic violence or temporary homelessness. Call 9-1-1 to receive an escort to the shelter.

Safe Haven - Courtney’s House is a domestic violence shelter in Cheatham County, Tennessee for woman and their children. Core services offered: 24-hour confidential crisis line; safe, temporary shelter; court advocacy; transportation; education about the dynamics of domestic violence; support groups, referrals to community resources; and advocacy. Serves Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery and Robertson counties.

Avalon Center - Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Program provides trauma informed advocates available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide emergency assistance, support, options, information, education, safety planning, and a safe haven for victims of violence. Crisis line (hotline) is available 365 days a year. The Avalon Center emergency shelter is available based upon bed openings. Shelter placements for other shelters in the area is also provided through the crisis line by calling 1- (800) 641-3434. The Avalon Center serves residents of Bledsoe, Cumberland, Fentress, Morgan, Roane, Rhea, and Van Buren counties.

Women Are Safe provides emergency shelter, court advocacy, advocacy services for children, safety planning, community programs and support groups for victims of domestic violence. Serves residents in Humphreys, Dickson, Hickman, Perry, Lewis and all surrounding counties (even other states depending on the circumstances). A 24 hour crisis line available by calling (800) 470-1117.

Fayette Cares services include: access to emergency interventions via a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, safety planning, limited transportation assistance, emergency cellular phones, security systems, court accompaniment, and links to other essential resources available for victims of domestic violence.

WRAP Houses provide clothing, personal items, food, and supportive services that may be needed by those who seek refuge. Partnership’s Victim Support Services seek to stop the cycle of violence by providing the tools and resources for individuals and families to move forward after traumatic experiences such as sexual assault, domestic violence and human trafficking. Available services: safe shelter to victims of domestic violence, forensic medical exams for victims of sexual assault and human trafficking, emergency shelter for homeless families, long term housing options for single individuals, 24/7 crisis hotline, counseling, safety planning, community referrals, court advocacy, housing and employment services, bilingual services and case management.

The YWCA - Greater Memphis is the primary provider of domestic violence services in West Tennessee. Offering 24 hour emergency domestic violence shelter in Shelby County. If you are in danger, need to speak with an advocate, have general questions about domestic violence or a specific situation you would like to talk through, please call the YWCA’s 24-hour Crisis & Support Helpline at 1-901-725-4277. The YWCA provides additional services to help victims become safe and self-sufficient: 24-hour Crisis & Support Helpline, emergency shelter, one-on-one case management services, adult and children’s counseling, legal referral services, financial literacy education and career counseling.

Families In Crisis, Inc. provides services to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, including their children. Families In Crisis serves Warren, Grundy, and Sequatchie Counties. Crisis line and shelter services are available 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Northwest TN Economic Development Council in collaboration with local agencies, services the low-income community with: nutrition, emergency assistance and case management.

Bridges Domestic Violence Center serves women, men, and their children affected by domestic violence, ensuring a safe transition to successful independent living through education, intervention, and case management.
