Genesis House offers services to survivors of domestic & sexual violence of all genders, races, abilities, and sexualities. Emergency shelter, 24 hour hotline, support groups, advocacy programs, crisis intervention, hospital accompaniment, counseling, transitional housing and community education services are available. For 24 hour assistance call hotline at (800) 707-5197. Serving Clay, Dekalb, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith and White counties.

The Upper Cumberland Family Justice Center is a coalition of agency and governmental partners who offer services and assistance to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and elder abuse. All Family Justice Center services are free of charge. Services offered: assistance with orders of protection, safety planning, domestic violence advocacy, lethality assessment, law enforcement assistance, prosecution assistance, civil legal assistance, counseling, language interpretation, access to emergency shelters, housing assistance, mental health assistance, access to public benefits and substance abuse counseling. Serving the Putnam, Cumberland, White, Dekalb, Overton, Pickett and Clay county residents.
