Harrington House is a resource center and shelter for victims of domestic violence and their children. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, 28-bed emergency shelter, individual and group counseling, children’s counseling, food and clothing, legal/medical/social services advocacy, support groups, community education, and more. All services are free and confidential.

North Coast Rape Crisis Team (NCRCT) - Del Norte County
NCRCT is a rape crisis center with two locations serving Humboldt and Del Norte counties. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, short-term peer counseling, support groups, medical/court/law enforcement accompaniment, self-defense workshops, and referrals. Their Campus Advocate Team provides services to students, faculty, and staff of Cal Poly Humboldt, who are survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, stalking, and sexual harassment.
Victim/Witness Assistance Center of the Del Norte County District Attorney’s Office
The Assistance Center provides supportive services to victims and witnesses of crime. Services include: court accompaniment, case progress information, referrals to other social service agencies, victim statement assistance, help with Victim Compensation claims, and orientation to the criminal justice system.
