PCWC provides services 24/7 though its hotline. A drop in outreach center is available to the general public during office hours. PCWC provides emergency shelter for women and their children as well as full spectrum of ancillary support services, including supportive case management, support groups, and accompaniment to hospitals and court, counseling services to children are also offered through the PALS program. The court advocate provides support throughout the court process. Services are also available in Spanish.

Services include a 24/7 hotline as well as an emergency shelter that accepts battered/homeless women and one shelter that accepts battered/homeless women and their pets. Support groups are offered for women who are victims of domestic violence. Child care is offered to women who participate in job training, school programs, work programs and self-improvement workshops. Services are available in Spanish and may also be available in other languages including Russian, Chinese, and Italian.
