WA lit abuse

We added a Litigation Abuse page in Washington that includes nine questions based on the 2021 law that allows someone dealing with abusive litigation to request an order restrictive abusive litigation.

We revised the question “Is there anything I can do if my abusive partner continually files court proceedings against me?” on our Custody and Divorce pages, and added the same question to our Domestic Violence Protection Orders section to help victims of abusive litigation learn more about this remedy.

All changes made in English; Spanish coming soon!

We also added 16 new statutes related to litigation abuse and custody to our Selected Washington Statutes Page.
