We created a new question in our Tennessee Workplace Restraining Orders section called What do I have to prove to get a final injunction? What protections will it include? We also revised What do I have to prove to qualify for a temporary restraining order? What protections will it include? (and updated the title) to include the specific protections that the judge can order in a TRO.
