In our Massachusetts Restraining Orders section, we revised 6 questions to update the links to various court forms on the Mass.gov website. Changes made in English and Spanish. We also added links the following court forms on our Massachusetts Download Court Forms page:

  • extreme risk protection orders;
  • divorce;
  • custody and parenting time;
  • child support; and
  • small claims court.
