Harbor House offers diverse programs and resources for victims of domestic abuse. Adults, Children & Youth Programs, Community Outreach & Prevention Education, Domestic Violence Intervention and emergency Shelter programs available. Services include a emergency shelter, intervention services, assessments and referrals to other community resources. Serving Outagamie, Calumet counties and surrounding areas.
Office Hours: Mon & Wed 9 AM to 11 AM; Thu 2 PM to 4 PM
Appointments are also available outside of office hours.

Serves victims of domestic abuse, child and adult victims of sexual assault, and special outreach to older victims of abuse. Providing emergency shelter, 24 hr crisis hotline, counseling, legal advocacy and community outreach. Serving Chippewa and Eau Claire counties.
