YWCA Yakima provides assistance to victims of domestic violence and their children. YWCA Yakima offers a 24-hour emergency hotline and shelter, children’s programs, legal advocacy (filing restraining orders/protection orders, assisting immigrant women with referrals to programs that support legal status, and legal counseling on other family issues), advocacy-based counseling, housing services, and domestic violence support groups.
