Provides services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Services include a 24-hour hotline, support groups, individual and group counseling, medical and court accompaniment, prevention education, a supervised family visitation center, and more. They also offer free legal representation for victims in cases pertaining to protection from abuse orders, custody, divorce, support, and immigration. Serves Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, and surrounding counties.

Provides services to victims of sexual assault and other violent crimes. Services include a 24-hour hotline, therapy, advocacy, and accompaniment (hospital, police interviews, District Attorney). Through their Crime Victims Law Project, they can provide legal representation in Delaware County for matters such as custody and protection from abuse orders, and advise only on landlord-tenant issues.

Provides services for victims of domestic violence in Delaware County. Services include a 24-hour hotline, shelter, housing programs, counseling, support groups, children’s programs, assistance filing protection from abuse orders, legal representation at final PFA hearings, and more. DAP partners with a community program to provide safe boarding for pets (cats and dogs) of individuals who are fleeing a domestic violence situation.
