Esperanza United
Esperanza United offers services to Latinas and the Latin communities to end gender-based violence. A 24 hour bilingual hotline, family advocacy, community engagement programs, training and technical assistance are available as part of their services.
Standpoint
Standpoint provides legal information, consultation, state-wide training, litigation support, technical assistance and develops model policy for domestic violence programs around confidentiality, record keeping, conflict of interest and children’s records.
The Saint Paul Ramsey County Domestic Abuse Intervention Project
The Saint Paul Ramsey County Domestic Abuse Intervention Project provides a 24 hour crisis line, outreach and intervention services as well as support groups for battered women. Staff includes Spanish and Hmong speakers.
ThinkSelf Minnesota Deaf Adult Education & Advocacy
ThinkSelf provides assistance with issues related to domestic violence, abuse, sexual assault, harassment and crime within the Deaf, DeafBlind, DeafDisable community. Offering Adult Basic Education to deaf and hard of hearing Minnesotans who wish to expand their literacy skills, learn about workforce preparation, and establish long term career goals. ThinkSelf’s other primary program focuses on domestic violence and sexual assault advocacy providing support and creating opportunities for healing and self-empowerment to survivors.
Women of Nations
Women of Nations offers emergency shelter, crisis intervention, case management, safety planning, assistance with Order for Protection filing and support groups women and children who have experienced trauma from domestic violence, sexual assault and dating violence.

Women’s Advocates provides emergency shelter, advocacy, personalized support, mental health therapy and education to victims of domestic violence.

Women's Rural Advocacy Programs
Women’s Rural Advocacy Programs provides the following services for domestic violence victims: 24-Hour Crisis Line, Safe Housing, Emergency Transportation, Court Advocacy, Safety Planning, Information Referral, Support Group, Community Education, Systems Coordination, Referral and Resources for Women of Color.
Renville
Safe Avenues - Renville County Outreach Office
Safe Avenues provides domestic and sexual violence victim advocacy services throughout a five county area in Southwestern Minnesota. Safe Avenues is home to the only emergency safe shelter for victims of domestic and sexual violence in 18 counties in the Southwestern corner of Minnesota. Helpline is available 24 hours a day (800) 792-4210. Serving Kandiyohi, Meeker, Swift, McLeod, Renville, Chippewa, LacQuiParle and Yellow Medicine counties.

HOPE Center - Healing Outreach Prevention Education
HOPE Center provides direct support to victims of violence in Rice County, collaborative support to other organizations that serve victims, and educational support to the entire community. Contact HOPE Center for additional information on services and support resources.
Rock
Southwest Crisis Center - Rock County Office (Luverne)
The Southwest Crisis Center supports individuals impacted by sexual, domestic violence and human trafficking.Services offered include a 24 Hour Crisis Line, emergency transportation to medical facilities, law enforcement, safe-housing, assistance in obtaining an Order for Protection, Harassment Order, housing, community services, and medical appointments, and general support. Serving Nobles, Rock, Pipestone, Cottonwood and Jackson counties.
Hours: Mon - Fri 8 AM to 4:30 PM
