We updated our Workplace Restraining Orders (Filed by Employers) page to include links to the new Georgia and Tennessee workplace violence restraining orders pages. We also clarified which states have a separate workplace violence restraining order and which states allow employers to file for the same type of order that victims use, adding Maryland to the latter category based on 2021 changes that now allow employers to file for a peace order. Changes made in English and Spanish.
