Updated 6 questions in MI RO section (3, but did both English and Spanish)

We updated three questions in our Michigan Restraining Orders section in English and Spanish because of a change in the law that allows a judge to rule on an ex parte Personal Protection Order petition within one business day rather than within 24 hours.
