In our Tennessee Divorce section, we rewrote What are the residency requirements for divorce in Tennessee? to better explain the residency requirements and to clarify that the standard for military members to establish residency also applies to their spouses as well. In our Tennessee Custody section, we revised If a parent with custody rights has moved away due to military deployment, can the custody order be modified? to clarify that there are two ways that an order can be modified, by agreement of the parents or by an order issued by the judge.
