Based on 2022 additions to the law, we did the following in English (Spanish soon to come):

In our Tennessee Custody section:
- Added information to If my child was conceived from rape, can the offender get custody or visitation rights? about termination of parental rights based on rape that led to conception of a child.
- Created a new question called If the other parent is convicted of a serious crime, can I file to terminate his/her parental rights?
In our Tennessee Restraining Orders section:
- Updated five questions to include the fact that the law now also recognizes victims who experience sexual exploitation of a minor or a human trafficking offense as additional victims.

We also added four related statutes of crimes that could lead to termination of parental rights to our Selected Tennessee Statutes page.
