NM ENg & SP RO qu and gun laws qu updated

Based on changes to the laws, we updated What is the legal definition of domestic abuse in New Mexico? on our New Mexico Protection Orders (for domestic violence) page to add strangulation and suffocation. And in our New Mexico State Gun Laws page, we revised the information in What is the penalty for violating state and federal firearm laws? All changes were made in Spanish and English. We regret the delay in making these updates, which became effective in July 2018.
