ENG & SP MI PPO revised qu's and added new statute

December 2018

Based on an addition to Michigan law, we added information to Will I have to face the abuser in court to get a PPO? about the possibility of appearing in court via video conferencing. in English and Spanish. We also revised the information in English in Does it cost anything to register my protection order? and added the relevant statute to our Selected MI Statutes page.
