In our Colorado Protection Orders for Stalking, Sexual Assault, Physical Harm/Threats, and Abuse of Elderly/At-Risk Adult section, we clarified the definition of “unlawful sexual behavior” in What is the legal definition of sexual assault? by listing the 25 crimes that come under that definition and linking to the statutory definitions of each crime.
