In our Arkansas Domestic Violence Orders of Protection page, we added information to What can I do if the abuser violates the order? about affirmative defenses that an abuser can claim at trial regarding the petitioner’s actions. We also added possible penalties for a Class D felony violation. Changes made in English; Spanish soon to come. We also added two related statutes to our Selected Arkansas Statutes page in English and Spanish.
