In our Arkansas Custody section, we re-wrote Can the child’s grandparent file for custody? to better explain that a grandparent may be able to intervene in an ongoing court case but not initiate their own case. We also re-wrote Can a sibling file for visitation? to explain who could file a petition if the sibling seeking visitation is a minor. Changes made in English and Spanish.
