AR Child Support

We created a new Arkansas Child Support section. We also added five statutes to our Selected Arkansas Statutes where users can find the information included in these new questions:

  • Who can file for child support?
  • Where can I file for child support?
  • How will the judge calculate child support?
  • If my circumstances have changed, can my child support order be changed?
  • How long will child support last?
  • What can I do if the other parent is not paying the ordered child support?
