Based on 2023 legislative changes, we did the following:

  • revised two questions in our Arkansas State Gun Laws section to change the terminology for ”mental institution” to “mental health institution” in the list of disqualifying reasons for getting a concealed handgun license.
  • revised How will the judge calculate child support? in our Arkansas Child Support section to explain that the judge can order the non-custodial parent to make a retroactive payment covering the three years before the petition was filed. (Spanish coming soon!)
