South Carolina Court Forms

Court forms are available on the South Carolina Judicial Department website. You can find the petition for a domestic violence order of protection and the “notice and motion” to extend a domestic violence order of protection. To find forms related to custody, visitation, and other family court issues, scroll to “family court” in the first drop-down menu.

You can find the form called “complaint and motion” for a restraining order based on harassment and stalking as well as a motion to extend a restraining order based on harassment and stalking.
