October 7, 2020

The Puerto Rico Judicial Power website has several forms for restraining orders:

  • In this link, you will find the form to file for a domestic violence protection order, in English and Spanish, and here you can fill out the paperwork online, print it and bring to the courthouse;
  • Here you can find the form for a sexual violence restraining order, only available in Spanish; and
  • Here you can find the form for a restraining order for stalking victims, only available in Spanish.

Please keep in mind that you can also find these forms in the courthouse. To find out the location of the courthouse in your area, go to our PR Courthouse Locations page.

If you don’t know how to fill out the form or if you want to talk to someone at a local domestic violence organization for support, go to our PR Advocates and Shelters page.

WomensLaw serves and supports all survivors, no matter their sex or gender.
