You can find divorce and other forms on the Illinois Courts website. This page provides forms and information for filing an answer/response to a petition in a family law case.
You also may be able to get the forms by calling or visiting the Clerk of Court at the courthouse in your area. Go to our IL Courthouse Locations page to find the court in your area.
