Quin Rivers provides services to survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, court advocacy, community referrals, safety planning, supportive counseling, children’s counseling, and summer camp for kids aged 6 to 17. Quin Rivers serves Charles City, New Kent, King and Queen and King Williams Counties.
Help And Emergency Response, Inc.
Help And Emergency Response, Inc. (HER) provides services to survivors and communities affected by domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, case management, court advocacy, children’s support program, employment assistance, housing, counseling, and under-served populations outreach. Help And Emergency Response, Inc. serves Norfolk County.

The YWCA South Hampton Roads provides services to survivors of sexual and domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, victim advocacy, crisis response, counseling, group therapy, housing support, outreach and education, and youth services. YWCA South Hampton Roads serves Norfolk County.
Family Crisis Support Services
Servicios de Apoyo en Crisis Familiar, Inc. (Family Crisis Support Services, Inc. – FCSS) ofrece servicios a individuos y familias que están abacoradas con situaciones de crisis tales como violencia doméstica, estar sin hogar, y agresión sexual. Madeline’s House provides services for individuals and families experiencing domestic and sexual abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention and a crisis response team, medical accompaniment, emergency transportation, shelter, case management, counseling and support groups, information and referrals, court advocacy and legal assistance, assistance with obtaining protective orders, document recovery, document recovery, job and housing support, and community outreach services. Madeline’s House serves the Southside of Virginia.
