The Clark County District Attorney Victim Witness Assistance Center assists victims and witnesses through the criminal prosecution system. They provide case information and notification, court accompaniment, assistance with restitution, Victims of Crime Program (VOCP) and Sexual Assault Victim Assistance (SAVA) applications, witness fees for court appearances, social service referrals, Assistance with property return when a case is complete, and transportation to court when necessary Their hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, except holidays.

Their services include a 24-hour crisis line and a text only line. They provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, or traumatic brain injuries.
