Domestic Abuse Resistance Team (DART) provides vital services to victims of domestic and dating violence and their children throughout a seven parish area in North Central Louisiana. Services include a 24-hour crisis helpline, emergency shelter and non-residential services such as counseling, safety planning, and children´s services.

Metro Centers for Community Advocacy offers services including individual advocacy, information and referrals, group support, medical advocacy, legal advocacy, emergency shelter, individual support, safety planning, and caregiver support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and dating violence. Serving Jefferson, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Tammany, Plaquemines, Gretna, River, and New Orleans parishes.
