OASIS provides services and shelter to victims of domestic violence and their children through a three-phase program. Services include: emergency shelter, crisis intervention, domestic violence education groups, counseling, life skills, rehousing case management, advocacy (legal, medical, agency, housing, employment), referrals, and more. Serving Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union, and Webster counties.
