Family Assistance Program (FAP), formerly the High Desert Domestic Violence Program, provides shelter and advocacy services to victims of domestic violence. Services include: 24-hour hotlines; emergency shelter for victims, their children, and their pets; transitional housing program; anti-human trafficking program; help with restraining orders; homelessness prevention; rapid re-housing; counseling; runaway/homeless youth shelters; and more. Serving the Victor Valley, San Bernardino, and Morongo Basin communities.
