Grand County Attorney’s Office has a victim assistance unit whose primary responsibility is to assist through the difficult and sometimes confusing legal proceedings. The Victims Assistance Unit works to make sure victims are treated with dignity and respect and helps to secure treatment and the restitution victims are entitled to. Serving Grand County.

Seekhaven Family Crisis and Resource Center offer services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, counseling referrals, legal advocacy, weekly support groups, medical advocacy, safety planning, educational support, rental assistance, and employment assistance.
