December 12, 2023How long does an injunction against workplace harassment last?
An IAWH generally lasts for one year from the date the abuser is served, or receives a copy of the order.1 During that year, the abuser may ask the court for a hearing to try to change the order or get it canceled.2 Your employer may also ask the court to change (modify) the order or dismiss it.3
