Oasis Women’s Center provides supportive services to victims of domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter for families, individual counseling for adults and children, and therapy. They can assist with orders of protection in Madison, Macoupin, Jersey, Calhoun, and southern Greene counties. All services are free of charge and completely confidential.

SWAN - Salem Office
SWAN protects and advocates for adult victims of abuse, neglect, and homelessness. Service include: emergency shelter for domestic violence victims and their minor children, rapid rehousing, parenting groups, support groups, abuser intervention counseling, legal advocacy, help with orders of protection, temporary shelter for homeless adults and families, and more. This location serves Marion County.

Freedom House - Lacon Office
Freedom House provides free and confidential services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Services include: a 24-hour hotline with bilingual advocates, emergency shelter, case management, counseling, legal advocacy, help with orders of protection, emergency room and medical accompaniment, parenting classes, and more. Freedom House is a gender-neutral/all-inclusive agency. Serving the residents of Bureau, Henry, Marshall, Putnam, and Stark counties.

Western Illinois Regional Council’s Victim Services Program
Provides free and confidential services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, child abuse, and all other forms of abuse. Victim Services assists residents of Hancock, Henderson, Fulton, Knox, McDonough, and Warren counties, regardless of income. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, counseling, legal and medical advocacy, and community education.
McHenry
Turning Point Domestic Violence Services
Turning Point offers programs and services for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter that welcomes all genders, safety planning, legal advocacy, help filing orders of protection, court accompaniment, individual and group counseling for all ages, educational programs, and more. Their Latino counseling services are customized to meet the needs of Latino individuals experiencing abuse and include support groups, counseling, court system and VAWA overview, and referrals to help with immigration, U visas and T visas. All services are free and a Spanish-speaking advocate is available.
McLean
Mid Central Community Action
Mid Central Community Action (MCCA) works to eliminate domestic violence and combat homelessness in McLean and Livingston counties. Domestic violence services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter (Neville House), legal and medical advocacy, youth services, adult therapy, support groups for adults and children, and professional training.

Mercer County Family Crisis Center
Mercer County Family Crisis Center provides services to victims of domestic violence and child abuse. Their services include: a 24-hour hotline, safety planning, counseling, case management, personal advocacy, legal advocacy, help with crime victims compensation, referrals, court accompaniment, and more. Their Child Advocacy Center (CAC) works to reduce the effects of trauma experienced by children in crisis situations, and provides counseling, referrals, resource information, and follow-up services. The CAC coordinates agencies involved in the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse.

Crisis Center Foundation is a shelter for women, men, and their dependents who are fleeing abuse. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, emergency and short-term shelter, case management, individual and group counseling for residents and their children, support groups, legal advocacy, assistance obtaining orders of protection, and referrals. Serving Cass, Greene, Morgan, and Scott counties.
Prairie Center Against Sexual Assault - Jacksonville Office
Supports survivors of sexual violence throughout central Illinois. Services include: a 24-hour hotline, crisis intervention, medical and legal advocacy, child and adult counseling, court accompaniment, help with civil no contact orders, prevention education, and more. Serving Cass, Christian, Greene, Logan, Macoupin, Mason, Menard, Montgomery, Morgan, Sangamon, and Scott counties.
