Subtitle B. Protective Orders
AMENDMENT - Comment by TCFV: As part of the legislation that created dating violence protective orders, conforming amendments were made throughout this subtitle. For example, "member of the family or household" is changed to "individual" or "individual alleged to have committed family violence." See §§ 83.001, 83.004, 85.001, 85.007, 85.022, 85.042.
