Una orden de protección contra la violencia sexual es una orden de protección civil a favor de una persona que ha sido víctima de violencia sexual, que busca protegerle de otros incidentes de abuso. No es necesario que se presente una denuncia o acusación criminal para cualificar para esta orden.1
