Does A have to give me his address where kids are on visits?
Although I cannot speak to STATE’s laws in particular, in general, courts often order parents to share the address and phone number of where children will be living unless there is a situation of domestic violence where the judge may allow a victim to keep this information confidential. Often a court order may specifically say that either parent is to notify the other of a change of address or contact information. If this is not included in one’s order, sometimes a parent may be able to file to modify the order to ask that such a clause is included and that either parent has to provide this information within a certain number of days to the other. Again, I am not sure of what is commonly done in your state or county - you may want to get legal advice if possible. Here is a link for lawyers, free and paid:LINK
