Custody & Kidnapping

I am not specifically familiar with STATE’s laws on this and so I don’t know if there is a law or other regulation that specifically addresses whether or not children can share a bedroom. Perhaps some factors that may be considered are if each child has his/her own bed, if the bedroom is big enough to accomodate both children, etc. If your children are of the opposite sex, you may want to ask an attorney if perhaps as they get older, the State or the other parent may argue in court that it is inappropriate for them to share a room (or, especially, to sleep in the same bed).
