The Saipan office of Micronesian Legal Services Corporation (MLSC) provides high-quality civil legal assistance to eligible residents of Saipan, Tinian, and Rota, CNMI. They provide direct legal help in civil cases such as divorce, custody, child support, consumer matters, employment, immigration (self-petitioning VAWA, T-visas, U-visas), housing, and more. Services include advice, document preparation, investigation, and representation in court matters. Individuals may be eligible for free legal assistance from MLSC based on household income. Request services by contacting the office in person, by phone, email, or completing an online application. Languages spoken: English and Chamorro.
