Provides statewide services to cases of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of impaired adults.
Children and Families First
Children and Families First locations throughout Delaware in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties . Various services including healthy parenting classes, rise up from welfare programs, counseling and other programs that help ensure child safety.

The Children’s Advocacy Center has locations throughout Delware in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. Provides services for children who are victims of sexual or physical abuse or who have witnessed domestic violence or other crimes.

Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence (DCADV) conducts public education efforts, training and prevention initiatives, and systems advocacy. DCADV works closely with the criminal justice, health care, education, advocacy, and social service communities to facilitate the creation of effective policies and programs for victims, survivors and their children. They do not provide direct services to victims but they link to Resources that do.
Division of Family Services Child Abuse Hotline
Division of Family Services Child Abuse Hotline is available throughout Delaware in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties. Provides a 24-hr toll-free hotline and services to children who have experienced abandonment, abuse, adjudication, mental illness, neglect, and substance abuse.
Latin American Community Center (Bilingual)

Latin American Community Center provides counseling and various support services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Bilingual services available English/Spanish. Serving residents of all counties.
Safe and Respectful Relationships for All
A website with information about teen dating violence for teens, parents and teachers with resources for teens in Delaware and Maryland.
SAFE Program - People's Place

SAFE Program provides emergency shelter, family therapy, case management, and transition services for victims of domestic violence.
Turning Point - People's Place
Turning Point offers a broad range of services throughout Kent and Sussex Counties for domestic violence offenders and victims and children affected by domestic violence. Shelter, on-site monitoring for custody visitation arrangements, and other services.
