Will I be notified when the RO is served?

Since I am not specifically familiar with STATE laws, I do not know if there perhaps is a regulation under STATE law or even just a common practice in your county for you to be notified when the papers are served.

Perhaps you may want to contact the law enforcement agency that is serving the papers to see if the defendant was served and if not, to ask this question of them. Or perhaps you can ask the courthouse if you are not sure which law enforcement office is serving the papers.
