Can the sibling of a minor crime victim get a U Visa?

The two ways that siblings may be able to also get a U Visa (either as a “derivative,” as it is called, or if the sibling may be considered an “indirect victim” if certain requirements are met) both seem to apply siblings who are UNDER the age of 18 at the time of filing for the U Visa. However, I suggest that you talk to an immigration attorney to confirm this.
