Paragraph about proving a boyfriend does NOT live with V (although he stays there)

Regarding your question about getting your boyfriend out of the home, you say that he isn’t technically living with you but that he stays there. Does he have another place where he lives the other times? For example, does he have an apartment or room that he rents where they may be a record of him actually paying rent there? What is the address listed on his official accounts - such as bank accounts, license, cell phone bills, etc.? Sometimes it’s hard to prove that a person does not live in a place where s/he has been staying for an extended period of time, especially when that person gets mail there.
