V asks for help writing legal papers in opposition
As I am sure you know, it is often very difficult for someone to write legal papers on his/her own since there is often a certain format that has to be followed and specific legal research that has to be performed to support one’s written argument. In some states, the local legal services offices may assist with writing legal papers - either to write them for the pro se litigant or to at least advise the pro se litigant on where to start. I am not sure if you have tried asking for this type of assistance or whether or not you would be over-income and unqualified - I am linking to those resources just in case:LINK
In other states, the courthouse may have an office of the self-represented or some other sort of self-help office for people representing themselves. I do not know if your courthouse has this or not but perhaps it may be something to call the courthouse about to ask. Lastly, sometimes law schools will allow the public to do occasional research there and the law librarian may even be willing to briefly help someone with legal research perhaps. Again, I do not know if this is the case at the schools in STATE but I found this link to the [GOOGLE HER STATE WITH THE WORDS LAW LIBRARY TO SEE IF YOU FIND A LAW SCHOOL LAW LIBRARY THAT COMES UP] if you want to inquire: LINK Also, some law schools have legal clinics where they help members of the community - again, perhaps something to explore.
