We expanded and reorganized our Minnesota Custody page to make it easier for users to find the information they need by doing the following:
- Reorganized questions into three new subsections- Basic info and definitions, The custody process, and After an order is in place;
- Created two new questions; What is custody? and What is joint custody?, and added a related statute to our Selected Minnesota Statutes page; and
- Added the new subsection Steps to file for custody, which reorganized the steps into six separate questions that explain the usual stages in a custody case and cross-link to other relevant information on our website.
