Current through the End of 2007 Reg. Sess. and May 2007 Special Session. Court rules are current through amendments received through March 1, 2008. The Montana Code is normally published each odd numbered year incorporating changes made by the Legislative Session of that year. Please check to make sure there have been no changes since this time.
