Where to Find Help
UPDATED June 10, 2008
To file for an Order of Protection in Wyoming, go to your circuit court clerk's office. In counties where there are no circuit courts, you can file for Orders of Protection at the district court. Find the civil court clerk and request a petition for an Order of Protection.
At the courthouse, the clerk will provide you with the forms that you need to file. If you need assistance filling out the form, ask the clerk for help. You will also find links to online forms at our Download Court Forms page. You may also get help with the court system through one of the domestic violence agencies listed on our WY State and Local Programs page.
Listed below are telephone numbers and addresses for the clerks of circuit courts in Wyoming. You may also find additional information on the WY court system at the WY Judicial Branch website: http://courts.state.wy.us/.
