The YWCA Victim Services provides services to abused men, women, and survivors of assault. Victim Services houses the Domestic Assault Program, Sexual Assault Program, Anti-Trafficking Program, and the Transitional/Permanent Housing Program. Services in the Domestic Assault Program include a 24-hour crisis hotline, counseling, advocacy, emergency planning, and housing opportunities. The YWCA Victim Services serves Kalamazoo County.

Safe Haven Ministries provides services to women and their children who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse. Services include a 24-hour hotline, one-on-one case management, support groups, and a trauma-intervention program for children, emergency shelter, and a prevention and education program for businesses, schools, healthcare providers, human-service agencies, and faith communities. The YWCA of West Central Michigan’s Domestic Violence Services provides services for victims and survivors of domestic violence. Services include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, counseling services (individual therapy, group therapy, Batter Intervention (BIPP), and support groups), supervised parenting time and safe child exchange, long-term housing and supportive services. The Domestic Violence Services serves Kent County.
